CRAIGHEAD CO., AR – A wrong-way crash along the highway in north-central Craighead County injured two people last Sunday.
The accident occurred shortly after 3:03 p.m. on Highway 141 just south of Craighead 720th Road. This is on the northern outskirts of Jonesboro.
Police haven’t yet specified the cause of the collision. They say that medics took both victims to an area hospital with unspecified injuries.
Motorists likely experienced delays along the highway in the area of the accident while emergency teams worked to clear the scene.
