HEMPSTEAD CO., AR – A 52-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash late Sunday evening in Hempstead County.

According to a preliminary fatal crash summary report, Trenton M. Gress was traveling north on a 2006 Honda motorcycle on Hempstead County Road 21 at about 10 p.m. when he failed to stop at the road’s intersection with U.S. Highway 278 and collided with an eastbound 2007 Ford on the latter highway.

Gress suffered fatal injuries in the crash. It is unclear whether the other driver involved was hurt.
