NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR – One person died Sunday in a crash involving a moped and a minivan in North Little Rock.
The incident happened just before 5:45 p.m. on the Broadway Bridge, south of North Shore Riverwalk Park.
Police say that a southbound minivan collided with a southbound moped. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
The moped operator died at the scene. Authorities have not yet released the victim’s identity to the public.
Officials closed the Broadway Bridge for almost three hours while police gathered evidence and crews worked at the scene.
